Refund Policy

At Litness Lights, we are committed to providing high-quality audio-visual products and services. If you experience any issues, we’re here to assist and ensure a resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
    You are entitled to a refund, repair, replacement, or compensation if the goods or services provided:

    • Are faulty, unsafe, or do not work as intended.

    • Do not match the description, sample, or demonstration provided.

    • Fail to meet a reasonable level of quality or durability for the price paid.

    • Are not delivered within a reasonable time when delivery is part of the agreement
       

  2. Change of Mind
    Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. However, we are happy to discuss alternative solutions or upgrades where possible.

     

  3. Eligibility for Refunds
    To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

    • You must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the product or service.

    • Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice).

    • Return the product in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging, unless the product is faulty.
       

  4. Exclusions
    Refunds or replacements may not apply in the following situations:

    • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.

    • Normal wear and tear or damage occurring after the warranty period.

    • Issues arising from incorrect installation (unless installation was carried out by our team).
       

  5. Services Refunds
    For services, refunds will only be provided if:

    • The service provided does not meet the agreed scope or quality.

    • There is a significant delay or failure to deliver the service as agreed.
       

  6. Process for Refunds or Repairs

    • Contact us with details of the issue, including photos or videos if applicable.

    • Our team will assess the issue and guide you through the next steps.

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
       

We value your business and will always work to resolve any concerns promptly and fairly.
